- Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification with tracking information.

- Standard Shipping: Estimated US delivery within 5-7 business days.

- International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but typically take 7-21 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

3. Shipping Regions

We currently offer shipping to the following regions:

- Domestic (U.S.)

4. Shipping Carrier

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for shipping. The specific carrier used for your order will be included in the tracking information provided.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for any shipping errors or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package online.

7. International Shipping & Duties

For international orders, please note:- Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.  We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking shows the package has been delivered. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
